Your appointments are very important to us at Identity Hair Salon , and they are reserved especially for you . We understand that sometimes you’ll need to reschedule an appointment. As a result, we respectfully request at least 24 hrs of notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you cancel outside of the 24hr window,we miss the opportunity to schedule appointments. Less than 24 hrs of notice will result in 25% cancellations fee No-shows will also be charged 25% of the booked service amount; you will be considered a “no show” if you don’t show up within fifteen minutes of your appointment start time.
